I had an extremely disgusting experience with TaxiForSure yesterday.
The driver was drunk and extremely offensive.
Mr. Manish Kumar(DL 01 RT 4107), the driver had to pick up my parents from the Old Delhi Railway Station and then drop them to my residence in Noida. At the end of trip he physically and verbally abused my parents and used extremely offensive and intolerable words.
TFS has not taken any action against the driver. It is very unsafe to use services like TFS. Let us all refrain ourselves to use TFS cabs in future to stay safe.Later even TFS asked me to pay Rs. 407 as against Rs. 307 billed amount mailed to me.
