These guys are a big cheaters and their service is just awful. I was given confirmation of my booking and in the last minute no driver turned up though I received the driver details 30 min prior.
When I called the driver and later customer care, the response was there is no cab available and you just said sorry.
In the last minute I had to rush to make my own arrangement in order not to miss my bus, it caused me lot of pain and struggle.
The next day, I even received the taxi receipt for the ride I never took. This is a clear case of cheating and missing your commitment.
I have every proof that I didn’t take the ride and you have cheated me. I am going to take this up with consumer court and pull you in to teach you a strong lesson that you would never cause this pain to any other customer.
You run full page advertisements, but what is the use if you can’t keep the customers satisfied. To say the least you are so pathetic and I am never going to make any reservation with you and spread this word with every friend of mine and in every forum.
