Taxi for sure is a cab operator.and provide us cab for travelling one place to another by booking through taxi for sure app or website.i have also used it .but I always got disappointed with TFS service.
I told u my one of the incident happen with it.Once I had been booking a taxi from TFS app.but I didnt get any single cab near to pick up location.and when I got, it was too far and even came late with a old taxi cab.and having bad condition.its AC was not working.and also some times their drivers not picking phone.
And sometimes they charged more than required price.so TFS rate is not so cheap.thats why I always prefer other cabs OLA and UBER these are comparitively good than TFS with all things.
And not recommened this cab operator
