With reference to TFS AT C5035789 trip from Malviya Nagar to Airport Terminal 1 D, had made a booking at 6 A.M, I call this incident the wallet fight
Everything went fine, my TAXI was upgraded at the same cost, so now when I reach the airport I tell the driver I am using this Wallet Feature and the amount will get deducted automatically. Will try to exactly quote the entire incidence.
Me: I will not give you cash as the money will automatically be deducted from the wallet
Driver: Mujhe cash chaiye, diesel bharwana hai.subah aaya hun aur aap paise bhi nahin doge?
Me: Aisa nahin hai ki aapko paise nahin milenge.company wale denge
Driver: Company wale pagal hai.mujhe paise chaiye .main aapko nikalne nahin dunga.dekhte hain ki kaise paise nahin doge
Me: Main aapko dikhata hun ki paise deduct ho gaye hai
Driver: Mujhe kuch matlab nahin .paise chaiye(Higher Pitch)
Me: Thoda Araam se baat karo, till teh time being call 011 60 60 10 10
Driver: Main lath toh maar nahin raha tumko.meri awaz aise hi hai.
Driver has a word with the customer support executive, blatantly tell me ye sab pagal hai mujhe paise chaiye
Remember at this point its already 20 minutes . Finally he gets a call from someone else then he agrees
I was so worried/perplexed, had already made two bookings from Pune, and back in Delhi - called up the customer support executives at both places and told them to make a point to explain the driver before hand, but it did not work, anyway this time also the driver had no clue, had to call up the Customer Staff again
So moral of the story, If you introduce something like a Wallet which is an Innovative and Novel feature, please communicate it to the Driver
