First time I had booked with them, it was kind of good service, So I thought to book a cab from them again.
This time I booked a cab from their app a day prior. They are so instant they sent me in message on phone as

In morning, I got ready by 9.15, expecting the driver details SMS, and expecting a call from them.I waited waited and waited.Ghosh clock showed 9:45, this was the time I was supposed to leave. And there is no communication from TAXI4Sure. How come you don’t communicate in service industry.
This time I called up Just Dial to take their number and inquire, while I was on call with Just Dial, they call me(They got details from JustDial ofcourse).,
ME: Hello,
TFS GUY: Hello, Sir, would like to book a taxi today.
ME: I had booked a taxi already and you guys didn’t showed up
TFS: Let me check Sir, Can I put you on hold,
ME: Yes, go ahead,
TFS: Yes, sir the booking is at 9:45
ME: And it is 9:49
TFS: Sounding Pathetic, let me check the details.
Waiting Waiting Waiting
TFS: Yes sir, due to technical problems, driver was not able to come, and currently there is no other cab in your area sir.
ME: Atleast you should have informed.
TFS: Sorry Sir,
I: Ok.
and I just hang up the phone, I was getting late for office already.
Reached Office.After 10 minutes, at 10:30 got a call from unknown number.
ME: Hello,
Guy: Sir you want to hire a taxi today?
Me: Who are you?
Guy: Sir, I am calling from Taxi4Sure.
Me: I had already booked a taxi, and you are calling me for this again,
Guy: Sorry sir, actually we had tried calling you but you were not picking up the phone.
Me: I naraated all the above story in aggression and asked when did you called?
Guy: We tried calling you sir at 10:35.
Me: WTF, taxi details ws to come at 9:15 and it didnot showed up till 10 without any communication from your side.
Guy: We are sorry, I will raise a complaint regarding this.
Me: bhai mere, service industry hai, I had already missed my appointment and you are saying you will raise a complaint, whats the point?
Guy: Sorry.
Hanged up.=!
Taxiforsure, is really pathetic, they even dont care to communicate when they have problem.
