Taxi for Sure is the WORST EVER taxi service. They do not know how to treat and respect their customers. I have been their regular customer and feel deeply hurt and insulted the way they have treated me. Their cab drivers hold the ability to cancel the customers cab much before the time of cab as he/she didnt answer in 3 calls and they do not have the basic decency of reconfirming it with their customers.
If the customer is delayed by 15 minutes, they charge Rupees 50 and more but if their cab is delayed by 15, 30, 45 mins or an hour, all they have to say is "#Sorry for the inconvenience." Isnt our time precious or what? No compensation, no sincerity.
If you talk to their customer service agents and are explaining your problem they hang the phone on your FACE.
You keep asking for the compensation and they say please talk to our manager about this. When you ask for their manager, he is always busy in the meetings.
Their meters are not appropriate and drivers too have the basic decency of talking politely.
A lot of times, their cabs are stinking of drivers sweat and smell of the socks or tobacco . Many times the cab is not clean also.
They move all around very freely, talking on the phone and driving the cab at the same time. You are getting delayed for your exam and because of this when police catches them, you get delayed further and there is no compensation for that. **They treat their customers like #SHIT
Today, I got the message of the cab drivers number but when he is not there on time, I give him a call and he saysMain nahi aa sakta, car kharab hai par maine com. me phone kar diya hai. Rather than Taxi for Sure calling me and informing me about it, I am calling them and discussing my problem with them and they say in their pretty nasal tone PARROT voice "sorry for the inconvenience" The cab will be there in 20 minutes. I asked him to transfer my call to the manager and Himani, TL takes over the call and says manager is busy in the meeting. And, this I am talking about morning hours when everyone has to rush to the office and workplaces.
Himani also keeps repeating in the same PARROT tone "Sorry for the inconvenience" I ask her is this how you treat your customers, she says sorry. JUST ONE SORRY. You ask for compensation, she says I will be sending you the next cab at/around 9. This is how they compensate. They think, they are doing some social service by giving us the cab. WOW! #CHEATERS Amazed to see such kind of compensation & #Customerservice and because of all this morning circus and humiliation that you have to go through because of them, you say #F so they NOT ONLY KEEP THE "F" phone #ONLY OUR FACE but also #CANCEL your cab
Along with this, if you talk to their #drivers, they themselves are so unhappy and disappointed with the place, they are working at. I have taken their cabs very regularly and this is how they have treated me. After taking their service really often, this is what you get back. They are not and can never be something like Meru Cabs?. Meru cabs are far better, actually the best. Dont go by their low cost because their service too is as low as their damn #COST. They do not know the importance of a #CUSTOMER or #CustomerRelationshipManagement I am never ever availing their #cabs and nor will I ever refer it to anyone in my circle and outside my circle for I have been #disrespected, #humiliated and #insulted regularly.
