I had read so many bad reviews about your service that I was not sure about using your service for long. But recently tried your service in Ghaziabad, India? and was quite surprised with awesome service. I booked my cab in the afternoon at around 1 PM for a 22KM one way drop @ 6 PM.
The driver called at 5PM and was there 15 mins before, got all the sms and emails regarding the details of the trip! Above all the regular charges from local taxi service which used to charged me 800 bucks for similar trip, I got charged 301+65= 366/- . Amazing isn’t it.
