I have been using this service for almost a year and it appeared good enough as long as I used it for airport transfers. They are usually before time and prompt in sending SMS updates about the taxi. But, their KMs reading is often faulty, which I didn’t care about till today as airport transfers are at a fixed rate. Today we were traveling to Majestic railway station and the reading clearly came to about 20 kms. however, since the faulty taxiforsure reading sent in the SMS was 26 kms, the driver forced us to pay extra money for it, the call centre was not helpful either, they rudely ask you to pay whatever the SMS says. No response from them so far how they calculate the kms and fare.
