I understand that ’TaxiforSure’ is growing but it doesn’t mean that you stop providing cabs (your core business) on time.
Today, is 3rd consecutive time that these guys have not provided cab on time specially when someone has to travel to railway station and airport.
They are doing promotion to book taxi in 15 secs but it took me 5 mins to connect to customer care executive to find out what happened to the cab.
Just for your reference the followings are the booking numbers:
TFS-PP-C5722749, TFS-PP-C4487299, TFS-AT-C3851244 & TFS-PP-C4259798.
For the booking TFS-PP-C4259798, the app has shown INR 185 but driver charge me 310 saying app is not working fine.
To be honest, I liked your app experience but your core is to ’deliver on time’. I hope this will help you to improve.
