The most pathetic service I have ever come across. one should never book taxi from this company if you are scheduled to catch train/flight.
After the booking, we got sms 30 min prior the pick up time, at the scheduled when we called driver he simply said that he can not come. He said he can not come for pickup and if we want the drop, we should go to the place where he was.
I wish, the company would have contracted with good cabs.Pathetic and worst are smaller words for the service that I got.
