Previously the rates were too high. Now the rates have gon down to 2rs per km rather they started providing different offers to attract customers. a few days ago I got a message from taxi for sure about an excieting offer. I tried to book a cab; but I failed again and again. After a long time I got a cab which was about 15km away from my location. The driver said that it will take 1 hr for him to reach there. the comedy lies on the fact that I came home using taxi for sure which I booked through ola application. Then my question is that why you dont allow us to use those promo codes through ola app also.?
It charges 1.25rs for one minute. Which diminishes the effect of low rates.
Thats all I wanna say about taxi for sure. I hope they will try to improve their application
