I booked a Taxi through https://taxiguide.in at Gandhinagar, Gujrat, BRN21121 dt 26/07/14 for a day ie 80Kms/8Hrs. I noticed the following :
Taxi was sent from a garage which was 45 kms away from my place of stay. Thank god they did not arrange it from hell otherwise I would have become bank corrupt.
The first reporting of Taxi caused me full ie Rs 1861.00 without any actual travel.
On inquiring I was informed that billing is from ’Garage to Garage’.
I further inquired that why did they send a Taxi from such a far place? The other side had no reply and told that the ’Taxiguide superior’ will speak to you.
- After considerable time, by that time I had no other option to use the Taxi, one ’Senior Manager’ called me. I had a detailed discussion about it as why it was not told to me through mail or service call that the Taxi is coming from a place which is 45 Kms away from my point of stay. In reply the manager questioned me that why did’nt I call them and clarify it. I told that it was no where mentioned on the booking detail about the origination of Taxi. However, the manager had nothing much to add to his stand other than mentioning "Garage to Garage" phrase and wasting my time.
5.It is my free advice, you can not fool people like this for a longer time. A very poor service and poorly skilled managing team. The commission business will not last long, provide a value for money.
