Disgusting customer service and product.

I bought a TCL smart TV from Tata click on 13/07/2020 . Suddenly first week of this month it stopped working automatically. I raised a complaint no- IN112021045398 which which was addressed lately by your team and technician visited my place on 11.11.2021. After examining he said that "PCB" need to be replaced and it’ll take 7-10 days. After 13-14 days of his visit nobody contacted me and rectified my problem. Then on 25.11.2021 I called the customer care number and they said that the PCB has already been received by the service centre , Midnapore. When I called the service center people , they said that they have just received the same on 25th only. The people were lying as I have tracked the docket number(Blue dart- 40380976392)and it was delivered on 22.11.2021. Finally the technician visited my place again with the new PCB on 28.11.2021 after giving 2-3 dates. After examining for 30-40 minutes technician said that the "Main board " has to be replaced and again it will take 20 more days.


I feel cheated after buying a faulty product and suffering for near about one month. Again it will take 20 more days and there is no guarantee that the product will be repaired this time. Really pathetic experience. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy TCL products.
