I HAD PURCVHASED TCL TV 60INCH FROM TCL. IT IS IN A WARRANTY PERIOD. MY TV GOT SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM. I GAVE COMPLAINT TO THE TCL CUSTOMER CARE. BUT THOSE PEOPLELEAST BOTHER ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. I HAVE BEEN GIVING COMPLAINT FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS TO REPAIR MY TV. BUT THE TCL CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTER HAVE NO RESPONSE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING BY CALL AND MAIL. NO ONE IS BOTHER ABOUT MY PROBLE.
I WILL REQUEST EVERYONE NOT BUY A TCL BRAND TV. YOU WILL BE FACING SAME PROBLEM AS I AM FACING NOW.
