I buyed this product 4 months ago. I bought this online as TLC is an old company so I trusted that. The product came after some days. Their was a delay from the TLC service to install the television then again they didn’t came for the demo till a month. Talking about the television the sound quality is not so good. Picture quality is somewhat good but the apps installed in This TV are all old versions and the apps too crash oftenly. Till 6 months all the service was good but then problem started. The major problem is that the display panel stops working. Their are so many bugs in this TV. Apps keep on crashing again and again.
The TLC service is so pathetic they don’t even pick calls. The customer care is just for name sake. Don’t buy this product if you want a smart TV. This television is just OK to be used as normal TV.
