I bought this TCL TV and like others I wanted to buy a big screen TV.
Well TCL is a very old brand which gives good quality but I dont whether it was my bad luck or what. I received a defective product and I was asked to contact the manufacturer.
When I contacted the manufacturer the call hung up. I tried calling again but it never went through.
I went through google to find some help but still didnt find much.
But at last the time it was connected and when I asked them they said they do not provide warranty for online purchase.
Now Im stuck with who do I contact the retailer or the manufacturer.
The one thing I know is that Im stuck with 30k
