I just tested this TV 1 day ago, video quality of this TV is not satisfying, colours of this videos play on this TV is not looks natural its colour sesuration is not perfect that’s why its video quality is not good.Now im going to talk about sound quality; sound quality is not clear. According to its price its not good sound which TLC provides to their customers.According to me im not recommend any one to buy this TV because its sound and video quality both are not up to the markNow let me talk about its service and support; TLC doesn’t has proper service centers in many cities, for example in my city guwahati there is no service center of TLC available hereSo according to me it is not a value for money product
