Hello , I am going to review on " TCL Split Air Conditioner " , I am facing so much problems with this AC and having totally a bad experience . Honestly , the exterior is very well designed , but the interior is very not , not work properly sometimes . I am using this AC for 4 months , from my experience I can tell you this is very bad AC .
Service and support : I haven’t find any good service with this AC , the customer support is also not so good . They didn’t response properly having call them many times . I am not satisfied with service and support .
Cooling and sound : When I start the AC it started making some annoying noises which is totally irritating . The cooling is also not so good , I haven’t find any good things with this AC .
Reliability and Satisfaction : It is definitely a unreliable product , because I am facing so many problems with this AC so it can’t reliable . I am not totally satisfied with this AC .
Value for money : I purchased this AC in 21000 Rs , using 4 months and having such problems I can tell you this is not value for money product .
I am not recommend anyone to buy this AC .
