Iam using this TCL AC for last two months.iam faced somany problems regarding this TCL AC.first of all it didnt cool the room fastly when compared to other air conditioners.so it takes so much electricity.the AC is five star energy saver.but it takes lot of electricity. We can understand from the bills its self. And one of the main problem is when the AC is in the on position it will start make annoying noises.that noises very disturbances to sleeping.when we are discussing about their services, it is very poor.more over the Ac will fails down repeatedly so we want to call for services. The service charge for this ac also high.the behavior of service man of this air conditioner is very bad.this ac is not at all good for any one.the price range for this Ac is also more.so friends there are someny air conditioners are available in market.choose the AC which is more user friendly.
