Hi readers this is Pradeep Kumar and today I want to share my Experience about Working in Teamlease pvt. Ltd.
It is a third party who provides staff and employees to other clint companies.
For example I join teamlease as on 1st November 2014 in its clint company Luminous Power Technology pvt. Ltd.
Biggest drawback working in it is company has no idea about employees how they working because it have no control over it.
I am working from last 3 years and still I haven’t got my salary increment yet.
Clint company told me its the responsibility of Teamlease and teamlease says its responsibility of clint company.
Basically its a good opportunity for jobless persons to get job but there is no career growth in future.
No offence to teamlease, it was all my personal experience.
If it take care with the problems of employees it will be perfect.
