Am here to describe how wonderful is this organisation. I mentioned the word "Awesome" its actually OPPOSITE of it. Let me tell you one story dont know if you guys will like it or not? There was this guy Akshay(Name changed for privacy) who has four years of experience hails from a defense family background happens to join "TECH MAHINDRA" Hi-Tech city Hyderabad.
He gets on board joins Tech Mahindra, clears CSEP(Customer Skill Enhancement Programme) after 15 days.Later which he joins Pre-process training During CSEP training he gets calls while he’s sleeping during day time after attending training in night shift, stating submit the previous company documents whereas he submitted everything earlier, still they ask for this without any realization that this guy will be sleeping after attending training.(Night Shift)
Even that’s fine after going to Pre-process they didn’t say anything. One fine day on My Business hr call him and asked him to returned his Id Card saying that Bachha you can go home after giving me your id card as your Background verification check couldn’t happen he asked her why hr she says that they couldn’t find one of your previous organization this point should could have raised as red flag asked him to get the details but these people asked to get lost without any notice.
Today this guy is wandering like a dog for job. Dont think so much guys its none but its me my real incident happened month of June end.
Humble request dont join TECH MAHINDRA at any cost you will be unblast bomb there knowing not who will you out for any silly reason, and dont join Verizon Process they call it stringent I call it useless procedure
