I was working in tech mahindra B.P.O process for atleast 9 months. But my experience was too bad with them. As they don’t care about your self esteem . They just need you to work whatever your condition will be. They don’t care about your health. They will ask you for extra work with less incentives and salary. They will train you how to make customer fool and nothing else I would recommend other B.P.O companies for a suitable job and good salary packages rather than tech mahindra.
