I joined Tech-M On may 7 2018 where I was told ill be working for a sales department as I have sales experiance and on the 1st day of training I was informed by my trainer that ill be working for customer service and after 6 months incase if there will be requirment or if your performance is upto mark then techm management will think over transfering me to sales department I was told all kind of nonsence then I decided to go with the flow but trust me the worst is yet to come . during my training I was very confused as they have a webpage where an agent can find all the answers for customers problems trust me which was very confusing . and when there was a head trainer who came to your training room to get feed back . told him how confusing is their redsource he gave me a shitty excuse which did not make any meaning . best part I meet few people on the floor to listin to calls and while intracting with the agent I came to know that person is working with techm from last 10yrs and he is still an agent after knowing this I was shocked now the question how many years will I take to move to a next level . over all experiance is super poor . rather then working in tech m I would be more happy to be jobless
