Guys be very careful in techm. the initial training phase is the best part for freshers. but when it comes to deployment of projects it all depends on your luck. I think people who gave good reviews here are among those who are extremely lucky to gain a good project after training and only saw the good side of this organization. people who are put on bench will come to know the dark side of the company. being in bench in techm is complete nightmare and the organization and the rmg’s don’t take any responsibility and shifts the blame on the associates. Suddenly one day hr calls you and tells you to put your resignation by the end of the day. Be careful silent layoffs are going left and right in this company.when it comes to this layoffs they target anyone one on bench weather it be a fresher or experienced. during these layoffs the higher management goes into hibernate mode and wont reply back. this is happening because techm is losing projects day by day and losing its brand value. My friends who joined in this organization as freshers and only completed one year were asked to put resignation when they were put on bench. attrition rate is high in techm and a lot of internal politics are present. career growth is ok if you land in some good project.Really its high time for Anand mahindra to sort this mess out or in the coming years techm will lose the little trust that it acquired in people and will sink even lower.
