Work Wise : Good Work, follows good process
Salary : Not a good paying company, Increment is horrible
Work Environment : Need to work extra hours, lot of poltics, dominated by people of particular region, harass the person belonging to other state.
Recruiter : False recruitment. Recruiter selects most people who belongs to their region.
Cultural Activities : Lot of cultural activities, Corporate Cricket, Friday movies etc.
HR : They are simply liar. They promised me a PL position & better skill set. But when I joined they made me work as programmer under a person who was less experienced and close to PM. I was humiliated and harassed. Even after several request, they didn’t changed the project. Ultimately, I have resigned.
PM : Really like Indian politician. No praise for your hard work. Cancels leave at the last moment even if you intimate them 2 months ago.
Infrastructure : Its really good. Good canteen, Good office.
Job Security : No guarantee. No notice period.
