Tech-Mahindra Employees slapped with new HRA rules different from GOI / IT department rules.
Employees even with monthly rental of below Rs.1 lakh per annum asked to submit PAN COPY of land-lord / Owner and Rental agreement.
Employees ask questions why we should produce when Govt. is not asking.
Tech-Mahindra has tied up with Kotak Mahindra Bank for tax processing. They say, if you vote for Congress party all these issues will not be there, we should all vote for Narendra Modi and these issues will dis-appear.
Some Kotak Bank employees also making fun of Sonia Gandhi and Pappu Rahul Gandhi saying they are outsiders and they are joking
Kotak Mahindra Bank and Tech Mahindra are spreading bad about Income tax department and Honourable Govt. of India, by rejecting numerous tax proofs which are legal as per IT department circular on HRA.
Kotak Bank employees also said Narendra Modi has granted cheap land for Tech-Mahindra company and hence all employees should support Narendra Modi and BJP.
For many employees HRA is made ZERO and Kotak Mahindra employees are asking them to claim from "Congress Govt" .
When I approached a friend of mine who is Tax consultant in Hyderabad, he said, tech mahindra is following illegal system and he promised me that he shall complaint to IT department Investigation agency.
*For an instance I was shocked how this can happen in professionally managed company. This kind of cheap campaign by Mahindra group is demeaning current government.
These politics in IT company should be condemned.*
