They are just conducting interviews for name sake and not recruiting anyone. The company is in poor condition no hikes asking many people leave. By knowing this if 100 people were
called for interview not even 10 people are coming.
The company do not have any loyalty or respect for the employees who worked in the organization for morethan 8 years. If the person is iin bench for more than 2 months he was asked to leave for no reason. The HR’s will threaten you and talk like Gundas telling we will
terminate you if you wont resign. They HR team is the most useless and worst team in techmahindra. They are meant to do nothing except firing, they talk to their employees like they are their labours.
Many Satyam Computers clients even left TechM by seeing their incapability.
Like how their Motocycles/Auto division is FLOP same perormance from their IT division.Tech M
