I recently bought a new laptop but somehow I was not able to start it. It gave me a mini heart attack as my dad would kill me as it was a week old. After in numerous tries, I decided to call my friend who was working in tech support company Techvedic. He quickly transferred my call to one of the professionals. Initially, I was very nervous but a little bit okay too because my friend worked in the company and he assured me that things will be okay. A guy named hary picked up my call.
He discussed my problem very patiently and decided to gave me a lot of solutions. After 30 minutes he asked me to attach my laptop with some another wire and press few pairs of button . A screen appeared on my laptop and I saw something was happening. I tried to stay patient through out the process.
He told me few technical terms and I confidently said yes although I do not had much knowledge about it(young ego u know) but somehow he got hint that I was not getting it without pointing it he tried to explain me in a simpler way. The process of my laptop was not updated so he made sure that he made few changes and the problem do not comes in again. I thanked him and my friend both for bringing me to Techvedic. These people are amazing and know the art of impressing their customers and staying in contact with them for a long period of time.
