Honesty always pays. Well so far I the philosophy of my life has been based on the one liner I have written above. What Tehelka has done is a really recommendable piece of courage. To awake the whole Nation as to the malpractices involved with the Defense and at the highest political level is not an easy task.
But has anybody thought about what awaits Tehelka.
To most of them Tehelka has been a newsmaker and they would have been more than happy to visit the site and enroll themselves there. To others it would have been another piece of news. But to the Government it has made a difference. In a very short span of time we may even see a change in Government. Under such circumstances the people who have been convicted only because of Tehelka, would they take it like that only or would they try to do something so as to ’’Take their Revenge’’ with Tehelka. This Revenge may be in any form from legalities involved with our system to something of even unheard of. Then didn’t you know the fact that giving away bribe is also a crime.
Now what we can do is to wait and watch what Tehelka gets in return for their work. PRIZE OR PUNISHMENT.
