The famous Tag line when it comes to delivering your bike. I booked my Thunderbird 350 TBTS on March 25 2012 with Teknik Motors Sarjapur - Silk board road. When I was booking the vehicle they said we will deliver the vehicle on Sep 25th positively . 6 months , I agreed as that was my birthday.
When Aug came I thought let me remind them and I called Mr. Satyanarayanan , the manager there and he says it will take 3 more months , I said ok , then I got a call from RE Chennai , the manager there told me , we will not be able to give you the vehicle till december , I went back to Teknik motors after may be 15 times followup on calls and all I got back was "We will Get back to you Sir". Satya also asked me to try getting the bike from my own . As if they are challenging me, I asked my friend in Delhi , booked a bike and got it within 15 days all inclusive , took my bike to Teknik and asked for a refund , in November 2012 then they said they will deduct 500 from deposit , I got really furious ,
They didn’t get my bike
They challenged me to get a bike from somewhere else
No response from them on calls
No accountability
Then they are deducting 500 from my deposit . it all came to halt when I told them I will take it to court , then they had a quick meeting with Anand , the owner of the store and refunded me the whole amount.
Guys beware of this store . they will make you so bored of following them up . You’ll give up your desire of owning the thump..
Try other stores , I cannot recommend you oe as I got mine from Delhi Asco motors , really wonderful experience with them.
