Telenor/Uninor Customer Care don't listen problem

Today morning I wanted to make recharge of 7rs Unlimited calls from T2T for 2days.& Dial*222*7*7# code from my mobile.

There might be some network error Or slow server. So it did took some time to process my request.But when it did complete the request it deducted 7rs twice from Balance total 14rs.

& It’s activated 2times, but validity is only 2days as per the rules. So no benefits to me.

So I called 198 customer care. First I simply told my problem. But the lady on the other end, simply refused to process my  problem. She said you might have sent request two times.

So I explained in detailed, but she still don’t believe me, so I asked her to check the service activation time, so she checked & the difference was less then 20sec. So I told her that it did took some time when I had sent request.

But she said you have dialed twice. Few argument I did that It’s technical problem. But she didn’t listen, ".& said we can’t refund or increase the validity. Thank you for calling."

My recharge was only 7rs so It wasn’t a big loss to me. I use Telinor/Uninor As the rates are less comparatively. But If I have done request for plan of  88rs or more as mostly do recharge of 200rs. Then my whole balance can be gone in one request. So  what would I do then if they don’t believe us?

These care people don’t even care.
