All the signal related issues are mostly in the outskirts of city , it works good in the city, Data plans are very cheap even if only 2g is available here in hyderabad. Opera min + uninor data plan= the cheapest way to get connected .
Every recharge pays u back, I dont know how they are making money but it looks the other way
