I selected to be a Telenor user so that I can avail the cheapest local t2t plan which was of rs 300 for 3 months, if we make a topup from Telenor office dealer of the city and not from other dealer.
But I started facing problems, as that when my mom tries to call me as I took for t2t use, I can’t receive her calls and only a single beep ring use to happen and the call ends.i tried to rectify this problem and contacted the customer care and they didn’t knew the exact issue and made me feel it is a tower problem in my area.All non telenor calls were easiliy comming to me only telnor local calls were failure.till now arround 20 days have passed but no tower has come up to rectify my problem.
I am hoping from god and not from them now.
PROS:rs 300 t2t plan for 3 months.
CONS:worst 2g net service.
