Telenor previously known as Uninor are a low quality mobile operator. The signals drops off frequently even in the main city and in rural parts signals are just a wish. Its 3G internet is like 2G speed. No doubt the offers it provides are great but what’s the use when there is no signal. Especially in times of important calls, signals drop is frustrating. Customer service is average and I don’t recommend this operator especially to a bussines person who has to make calls on the go. Telenor needs lots of improvement in terms of signal.
