I have purchased telenor sim since an year ago but just after two months of use I dumped it the garbage. Let me tell you from the beginning means from the day when I purchased it.
The staff at telenor is too sale oriented, I mean of course they want to close the deal but they do it to obvious, it’s clearly not about the customer satisfaction there.
When you as a customer turns to their so called customer support, who in reality is not a support of any kind, and ask concrete facts based questions you will immediately be answered on something completely different or it will be put in a way it is a provocation to try start a argument on this something else.
When you go to their facebook page and ask there all they say is, oh we are so sorry you feel this way, bla bla, and then tell you once again send them an email about your questions you already asked them many times prior. And if you foolishly do the same procedure will repeat again, and again, and again. So simply my advise to all my readers is never opt for the telenor services for your communication purpose.
