I’m using telenor since 3 years and I brought this because some of my friends tell me that the calling charges of this network is low as compared to the other networks and that was true.But later on their occur some network problem as I moved out of my city or my region and their internet speed is very very bad or you can call it worst.So I will tell you that their network is not good.
Sometimes there appears a big problem as they automatically activate the VAS which can also deduct your talktime balance and when you try to call their customer service you will find some difficulty to get their number and if you found their number it is not 100% guaranteed that your deducted talktime balance will be refunded, they will tell you that it is your fault or it is not possible now.So overall their customer service is also not good.
So, till now we just focused on the bad things but the telenor also had some good things.As I told you in the beginning about their calling and other charges like, roaming, internet packs etc. they are pretty much low and one common man can easily afford it.So their charges and billing are good as compared to the other networks.
So in the end the telenor has a very good calling, internet or other services as compared to the prices or cost, but at the same their network is not good.
