Before comming of jio.telenor was only the operator which used to offer best and cheap tarrif plans to its customers. It is a network specially made for friends. I live in ranchi jharkhand.and before some months there was very bad network of telenor but now telenor is among good betwork provider in my locality.
Although telenor works in very less states.but also it has many customers. Its network is best in uttar pradesh.and in jharkhand also.
Customer service is better than airtel and idea., .
Very good mobile network.
And telenor was the first network operator to start 4g network in Ranchi
