Seems like these new players are actually playing their cards right and sticking to their promises. I got a new Uninor Connection sometime back. Initially, everything was good but one day many of calls got dropped and I wasn’t getting proper network coverage. I was obviously upset because I didn’t think I would face such problems from another telecom operator(that was the reason y I changed my telecom provider). Anyway, I contacted the customer care through the website i.e. https://uninor.in/pages/ContactUs.aspx
And to my surprise, the responded really quickly. And you won’t believe it, but, within minutes my network coverage problem was sorted and I was happy that atleast some people care about their customers!
I would like to tell everyone that ever since that day I faced no such problems and my younger sister who is using a uninor connection has never faced one problem with her connection since the day she got it.I’m guessing it’s time to change your number people.Coz AB AAPKA NUMBER HAI!
