The Telenor portable versatile system is really extremely poor. I am from Bihar and using Telenor for last 4 months and really disappointed with its features and services. It is little good in the city area but worst or worst in hilly areas and rural areas. Although It has cheapest call rates but its cheapest network service is really irritating. If one desired to have Internet pack of Telenor then please don’t waste money. It’s of no use. It is not suitable for day by day transformation. Very worse customer service. When I have talked to them about the issue they said it will be resolved but till date have to come across same situation. I would never recommend Telenor to anyone.
