First of all i want to clear that i have no intention of harming the image of uninor. I’m writing it as i want to communicate my message to all of you.the topic i’m going to talk about is not only seen in uninor but also in tata indicom. The new way of soiling the market is growing these days not only spoiling but also misguiding the consumers.
These companies have introduced the offer of unlimited usage with a small * beside it. The consumer is not always aware of the * meaning, sometime its simply means terms & conditions where as sometime it means certain new rules. The meaning of unlimited is the plan having no limits in usage. If the plan have certain limits then it can’t be unlimited. These two companies (may be more will there, i came across only these two so) have launched their unlimited plans with the restriction of certain minutes like 2000 minutes or like wise.
Tell me if you be a consumer what will you see first "the name of the plan". The name unlimited is truly misleading to the dissatisfaction of the consumers, when a normal person goes to shop for a new plan it sees its name & rates. The plan says unlimited calls to all the numbers of same operators in their advertisement in tv also but how it can be said as unlimited.
I request the consumers to be aware of these tricks of the big brands as there is no one to keep watch on them including our government as well as companies top management. They only want to earn profit without benefiting the consumers. You can find many of the consumers got trapped in these schemes and seeking no remedy for the same.There is no one to solve such misleading / misguiding problems. If anybody is there to solve it, i request him to save the indian market from these unethical tricks.
