When I bought the telenor sim I hopped that it will give me a great service but it was totally dissapointing.Its 3g service is same as it 2g service. You can’t see any YouTube video without buffering. Its telenor to telenor minutes pack is truly worthless.
One day I didn’t use internet but they cut my twenty-five rupees balance. Its really irritating for me. I just talked to customer care and they told me that I was using hundred mb data but I was not used any data. So that’s why I’m upset with their service.
whenever I go to my village their network service does not work but my village is very near to the city. So they need to work on there network service.
