Work culture is not good

Hello hi everyone my name is Varun Nanda and I am from New Delhi I would like to share my review with all of you which is all about the teleperformance India I worked for this company for 7 months and I was an HR executive over there I would like to tell you about this company and first of all I would like to say that this company policy is not so good and if your performance is excellent you want get incentive for that or any other monetary advantages.

Second thing which I realise that there is no cab facilities in few areas or additional services to females which is a negative point.
