#Teleperformance is worst with their hiring team

The worst part is the hiring process. The interviewer is so unprofessional that she did not let the candidate speak. The line was disconnected and when the candidate tried calling assuming maybe the line got disconnected due to bad network, she hung up. When asked for the feedback we were informed they aren’t hiring people from hotel background. This is so ridiculous. The reason why I say it’s ridiculous is when the resume was sent to the hr it would have been fair to inform the candidate at that point. But after calling him for the interview and then after just asking for the name and then disconnecting the line is so pathetic and unprofessional. And then giving this pale excuse. Atleast ask the candidate why did he chose to change his profile and industry. Maybe coz he is started something new, or maybe he got a responsibility of a new born. Do we as an HR even think all of this. Let me tell u the name of the HR. Her name is Maariya Qureshi from teleperformance
