I was working with this worst organization as a Team Leader Ops from 1st February 2022 till 1st October 2022. An organization which does not care about the work life balance of the employees and boasts to the most employee centric organization is a shame for Teleperformance. On week off days management asks employees to join training sessions. We have our family and responsibilty towards our family as well. You cannot put pressure on employees to join training sessions on off days for week after week. Still compromised with same and requested manager after three weeks of not getting weekly offs to plot my off on specific dates so as I can go to my native to take care of my family. So called manager denied it and plotted my weekly off after 12 days from last week off date ( which was for saying a weekly off as I was asked to attend training). Out of frustration when I resigned from service then the so called manager started doing nasty politics with me taking HR in the loop during my notice period. Name of the manager is Reena Kulkarni and the HR manager is Sarika. I am not new to the Industry and have worked for several MNC bpo companies. Sorry to say the worst BPO company is Teleperformance. Shame on TP and shame on Daniel Julien. Start treating employees as human beings and not as your slave.
