Cadburys Cricket Ad, the one where a lady intrudes the field when her boyfriend hits a sixer to score a century. She jumps onto the field with the chocolate in her hand. A wonderful mix of emotion which changed the cadbury image that its no longer meant only for kids.
The Fevicol Ads have always been magnificent, very creative, very inspiring. Wonderful little ideas put up with tremendous execution.
Sunil Babu, no sunil babu, badhiya hai! Wonderful ad that had everyone speaking a phrase, badhiya hai. Simple ad, wonderful memory! Asian Paints
Coke ads by Aamir Khan, again wonderful little concepts with superb acting by the big khan himself. Got the thanda culture up and running for coke!
Chevrolet Optra, I love the line - for a journey called life. A beautiful emotional ad where a husband takes her wife out on the beach to see the moon from the sunroof to break her fast. Nicely made, quite touchy.
The ICICI Jin-Chak ads, the first ones that introduced ICICI. Done by Vidhu Vinod Chopra the ad had a wonderful jingle that brought about a simple message and made it look big. Inspiring stuff.
Lifebuoy Ad, the current one which has kids cleaning up an area is cute and awe inspiring at the same time. A soap ad with a difference. Way to go!
The Motorola V300 ad, just amazingly superb graphic used. Hi-tech creativity at its level best. Even the music rocks like anything. Even the phone is so good, it deserves an ad like this.
Mak Lubricants. Aap raha na rahe jawaan, bike sada rahe naujawaan. The ad where a sexy girl is asking for a lift and the guy doesnt stop. The girl gets disappointed and the next minute the bike comes alone to the girl after dumping the guy on the road. Cool concept, good execution, nice song selection in the background. Good masala ad.
A personal favorite of mine is all the ads where they show cute little babies and kids, whatever the products, these cuties are a treat to watch, they way they act or behave, its some respite on the idiot box. Definitely makes you smile amidst the rona dhone of the saas-bahu dramas.
