There have been inumerable songs in BOLLYWOOD, which have been great musically but there have also been some other.which you still remember for the way they were picturised and due to the on-screen chemistry between the actors, which raised the songs to some different levels.they became memorable and special because of them.Chemistry between two actors is very necessary.to add that extra effect and feel, the interaction and depiction of emotions should be perfect and chemistry can be between any two people.not only an actor\actress but an actor\actor or two actresses too.As a viewer I feel that when when we are seeing a hero=heroine together, they should look like they are in love.and for me the best chemistry is when its done with eyes and your expression without touching each other.and there have been several such brilliant songs which simply stand out for their chemistry between the actors.my choice of ten would be.
TEN SONGS WITH THE BEST ON-SCREEN CHEMISTRY:
1.**SONG:DUM BHAR JO UDHAR MOOH PHERE
FILM:AWARA PICTURISED ON:RAJ KAPOOR-NARGIS**.
Unbeleivable chemistry between Raj Kapoor-Nargis in this song and though I am not a fan of either of them.this song just blew my mind away.Their chemistry is so in tense and passionate that it burns the screen.a perfect sync and a beautiful depiction of the feeling of love between the two.
2.**DIL KE BHAWAR KARE PUKAR
FILM:TERE GHAR KE SAMNE PICTURISED ON:DEV ANAND-NUTAN*
Dev And and Nutan shared great on-screen chemistry, they looked great together.and had a perfect understanding and that showed on screen.This song shot inside the QUTUB MINAR.is so romantic and the way they both have enacted the song on-screen, perfect body-language and eye contact, just made this song special.one of my most favourites.
3.**JAB RAAT HAI AISI MATWALI, PHIR SUBAH KA AALAM KYA HOGA
FILM:MOUGHLE AZAM PICTURISED ON:DILIP KUMAR-MADHUBALA**.
I feel the chemistry between the actors of yesteryears was something else, out of this world.and the reason for that was it was very pure and beautiful, mostly done with the eyes and that is why it had such a mesmersing effect on the viewers, this is one such song from MOUGHLE AZAM.The amount of chemistry the two of them excude cannot be decribed in words, you have to watch it to understand it.
4.**HAAL KAISE HAI JANAB KA, KYA KHAYAAL HAI AAP KA
FILM:CHALTI KA NAAM GHADI PICTURISED ON:KISHOR KUMAR-MADHUBALA*
.This song is the perfect example of how magical the chemistry can be between the most beautiful actress ever and a very normal-funny looking KISHR KUMAR.I always felt these two had the perfect chemistry with those naughty, full of life kind of songs, they breathed life into it.it always seemed as they both are having so much fun and HAAL KAISA HAI JANAB ka is one such song with the perfect on-screen chemistry, infact it as after this song I noticed their pair.
5.**TERE MERE SAPNE, AB AK RANG HAI
FILM:GUIDE PICTURISED ON:DEV ANAND-WAHEEDA RAHMAN*
.I always felt that these two were like a made for each other pair, so good-looking and they had that extra edge over the others where chemistry was concerned.In this song also one could feel the intensity and love between the two.VERY beautiful and pure.
6.**ISHARO ISHARO MAIN DIL LENE WALA, BATA YE HUNAR TUNE SIKHA KAHA SE
FILMKASHMIR KI KALI PICTURISED ON:SHAMMI KAPOOR-SHARMILA TAGORE**.
Again a beautifully picturised song with such a touching air of innocence in it, because of the chemistry between SHAMMI KAPOOR-SHARMILA TAGORE, ofcourse it was Sharmila’s debut film so she looked so fresh and ravishing and their was some charm and cuteness, when they both danced to this lovely song.
7.**ROOP TERA MASTANA, PYAR MERA DEEWANA
FILM:ARADHANA PICTURISED ON:RAJESH KHANNA-SHARMILA TAGORE*
.this song just wins hands down where on-screen chemistry is considered.This song just depictes fow much sensuality and love you could excude on-screen with just expressions.without going over-board or physical.My favourite song.the way RAJESH KHANNA-SHARMILA TAGORE have done this song is magical and RAJESH KHANNA was looking the best in this song.PERFECT.
8.**EK MAIN AUR EK TU, DONO MILE IS TARAH
FIM:KHEL KHEL MAIN PICTURISED ON:RISHI KAPOOR-NEETU SINGH*
They both were the best and the cuteset pair ever.and no list can be complete without the metion of thee two.This song was just so cute.they had a different kind of chemistry, the young, cute type.they always looked at ease with each other and had perfect vibes and that showed on screen, in this song and all their songs.
9.**YE KAHA AA GAYE HUM, YUHI SAATH SAATH CHALTE
FILM:SILSILA PICTURISED ON:AMITABH BACHCHAN-REKHA*
.another of those sizzling on-screen chemistry song, a bit like Raj kapoor-Nargis in Dum bhar yu. A beautiful romantic song, done complete justice by AMITABH-REKHA.the love and romance was so visible in their eyes for each other and though I was never a fan of their pair, i always preferred Amitabh-Jaya to Amitabh-Rekha, i just had to include this song because of their unbeleivable chemistry on-screen.
10.**YE DOSTI HUM NAHI CHODEGE
FILM:SHOLAY PICTURISED ON:DHARMENDRA-AMITABH BACHCHAN*
.as I said chemistry can be between two actors too, hence I picked this song and I feel nobody has had such perfect timing or chemistry as actors as these two had in this song.a perfect dosti song, and you could see that in the picturisation.
Its difficult to pick just ten songs, coz there are many.hence I have added four other songs where I felt there was great chemistry between the actors.
HUZUR IS KADAR BHI NA ITRA KE CHALIYE(MASOOM).This song was picturised on NASIRUDDIN SHAH and SAEED ZAFFREY and the two have just made this song memorable.because of their chemistry.
YE TERA GHAR, YE MERA GHAR(SAATH-SAATH).this song had a very natural and bealeivable chemistry between FAROOQ SHEKH-DIPTI NAVAL, which is also very important for actors, where in the viewers can relate WITH them, it was one such depiction of chemistry.
AKELE HAI TO KYA GHUM HAI(QSQT).well if there has been a cute and innocent looking couple ever on-screen, it has to be AAMIR-JUHI.adorable and made you fall in love with them, however times I may watch this song.i fall in love with them even more.
AYE UDI UDI(SAATHIYA).i somehow felt the amount of chemisry that they both showed in this film was one of the best I saw in recent times.In this song it was sizzling.burn the screen kind of chemistry.
So this completes my list if songs with the best on-screen chemistry, i am sure there are many more.but these are the ones which came to mind when I thought of this topic.hope you enjoy reading about them, and let me know your choices too.
