What’s in a name is ten-sports?It’s just that it shows 10 sports, no? Then ESPN should have been multi sports, multi because I can count the sports that it telecasts..
Ten-sports which was introduced now about three years back has failed to impress me a single bit...The only show which is successful on TS is WWE...Without a doubt it has overtaken ESPN in WWE broadcasting...
Lets move on to Football telecasted by Ten-sports. The other day I was watching South-American WC qualifiers between Brazil and Uruguay and after Kaka scored the goal and instead of showing the celebration there came an ad, same as DD sports.
I find no difference between ten-sports and DD sports in terms of ADs...Football is a game which goes on for the ninety mins(normal time) without any stoppage besides half-time but still Ten-sports finds time to advertsie in-between the game...Is it good or bad? You decide..
It has taken the telecasting rights of football of Germany, Italy and Portuguese leagues but I hardly find any game telecasted live...This was just the greediness of Ten-Sports to snatch the telecasting rights from ESPN but ESPN which has English football and Spanish football telecasts atleast 5 games when live unlike ten-sports which just shows the highlight of the games played..
The commentators on Ten-sports also are not good so is the presentation...The WWE commentators are the best but football commentators are as bad as the good commentators of WWE!
Ten-sports repeats a programme more than five times a day..Some of you might be thinking it is good for the viewers, but dont you think that it is BORING! watching the same programme over and overagain five times a day..
It is still telecasting the macth played between Brazil and Uruguay months back..It proves that ten-sports does not have anything else to telecast..
I would recommend any member to watch WWE on Ten-sports and nothing else, but to some extent I would also recommend for racing and gamer.tv
But still ESPN is the best and it rocks...
