Surprise! Surprise!. There actually exists, in WEST DELHI, in the sea of millions of small and medium ’’Indian’’ restaurants, a decent, sophisticated, family oriented restaurant which serves GOOD food at even better prices!
I went to Tequila(Very Imaginative name) some time back on the top floor on somebody’s invitation. I was a bit skeptical at first going to what I thought, a small time colony eatery which might give my sensitive tummy a ’’RUN’’ for the money! But I went neverthless and came back a happy and fulfilled man! (I did get the Runs though!)
The Tandoori Chicken was fantastic, the chicken tikka was amazingly succellent and the dal makhani was equally good. Now you must be thinking that I am only talking about the Basic Moghlai fare, but frankly, because I was not so sure, these are the only things I tried! But, judging by my wife’s look of satisfaction (She’s a Vegetarian), I am sure the other items on the menu are equally good.
Way to go, TEQUILA!
