I brought the wireless mouse for my laptop as well as pc computer, I purchase the white color terabyte mouse from local store at 299/- the package including the warranty of 1 year as I check the product is not comes with an battery, after I brought the batteries separately and check it with my computer is is connected for 30 minutes and after that the product is not working.
I also contact the customer care team but they tell me to send the product to their office at Mumbai they even don’t have any service center in many cities their is only one service center in Mumbai, I am not apply with the service as well as product!
