I have been using the testbook course for the past few months and I thought it’s time to post review of my experience with testbook. I was preparing for bank exams using testbook as it has course pass at a reasonable, so I thought of giving it a try.
First of all, I have to say that the course materials provided by them are not to the mark, especialy the online class sections. I am not fluent in hindi and I had a hard time during the online classes as the classes weren’t fully in english and the teachers frequently used hindi for teaching. Since this was the case, I thought of taking advantage of their pdf notes but these notes might about 30-40% of what they are teaching in the class. When it comes to clearing doubt and customer support system, they do a decent job but nothing extraordinary. The only thing good about testbook is their mock test pack which is pretty good. Both the quality and quality of the tests is good.
I wouldn’t recommend testbook online courses to anyone especially those who don’t know hindi.
